About Us.
Rahul and Jonas are deeply rooted in the community. They have frequently observed how confusing and intimidating the entry into Halal Investments can be without the proper expertise. Born from this experience, it is their personal mission to break down barriers and bring genuine knowledge to where it is needed. Their goal with the Rizq Management Academy is to empower individuals so they don't leave their economic future up to chance and inflation, but instead shape it self-determinedly and based on clear values. This vision of an economically strong community is also the core of their commitment at Luminid.ch.
They pool their expertise under the name No Nonsense. Here, they guide people through consulting, mentoring, coaching, and workshops. The combination of international business strategy and deep-psychological experience facilitates an approach that both organises external structures and creates inner clarity, which is essential for successful life design.
Rahul
Rahul looks back on over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, complemented by an MBA and solid leadership practice. As a founding member of Luminid.ch, he pursues the vision of empowering Muslims in Switzerland to become active economic actors – whether as founders or investors.
He has been living out his entrepreneurial side since 2024 together with his wife managing «Play Village», and since 2018 he has also led an investment club he founded. Inspired by concepts like Secure Base Leadership and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), he helps talents decode complex hierarchies and confidently achieve impact – without losing their own authenticity.
Jonas
Jonas is an MSc Psychologist specializing in business psychology and combines psychological expertise with experience in banking, government, and finance contexts. The trained banker later became an SVEB-certified instructor and completed a CAS in Coaching, Mentoring, and Consulting. As a founding member of Luminid.ch, he is dedicated to supporting Muslims in consciously developing their potential and taking responsibility in business and society.
He gained his practical experience as a psychologist in state organizations with high demands on resilience and decision-making capabilities. There, he worked with diagnostic procedures, conducted consultations, and was involved in recruitment and training contexts. This experience shapes his structured approach to working with people.
